I am going to China for college in the year 2011. I want to be a translator for the UN someday. And i would like to major in international relations. My writing skills are beginner. However, i went to china last summer for a month and learned alot. I can speak fairly well. And understand easy sentences. 1. i am an international student stuying here in malaysia and i want to learn and master official international chinese mandarin language for business use in future.
2. i have never spoken chinese, but i did try to learn it online..so that would make me a beginner.
3. i want to learn and master chinese mandarin, i want to be able to converse with a chinese business associate or customer later in the workplace.
4. i really need to learn so desperately, i have 19 months left in malaysia and i want to dedicate all that time to learnning chinese mandarin, that is to say i will be learning it for 19 months, and would like to have 6 lessons per week. 1 lesson not exceeding 4hours.
5. as much as i am a beginner, i want a patient teacher, i am a very fast learner so i will not give the teacher a hardtime. like i said i want to master the language. to an extent of being able to work as a translator between english and chinese mandarin, thats how desperately i want to learn this interesting language.
