As call center agents, we are interested in learning Spanish. We've been exposed to some simple Spanish words due to our own culture, but we never had any formal teaching w/ the said language. We will need basic Spanish lesson for career advancement. More opportunities are waiting for those who can speak different languages especially in our line of work. We can only dedicate a small portion of our time, like 2 to 3 hrs per class.
Qualities we're looking for in a teacher:
