Hallo
My wife and I are keen travelers and we frequent Germany on our travels abroad. We love the country and have very good friends in Germany. She speaks German well and that leaves me out of the loop in discusions.
I have very little knowledge of German but the Afrikaans does help a bit.
I need to learn from scratch. I guess I can work two to four hours a week on learning the language.
Concerning the qualities of the teacher, I guess beggers cannot be choosers ;-).

I would love to learn the basics of German, nothing complicated but to have at least a clue of pronunciation and the very simple German. just for the sake of knowledge. So, apparently, very beginner of German. I want to concentrate on conversation. I'm totally free for the 2 coming months, anytime would work for me.
