I want to learn Chinese because I love the Chinese culture and people. Hope to return to china one day to work or working holiday. My level is beginer, but have learnt a little bit. I wish to learn mandarin just because i feel it would be cool to learn a different language and being that mandarin is a growing one i feel as it will make most sense to learn it. My english is excellent but i have no idea on anything that has to do with the mandarin language. S ince I am in Vancouver I am more confronted with the chinese culture than I am in Germany where I come from and I became interested in it.
My level is that I know nothing apart from asking *how are you?*

My name is Sally. My Korean husband, age 38, will move to Hong Kong. He is looking for either English/Manda rin/Cantonese language class starting from September onwards.
