To whom it may concern,
I am extremely interested in learning Irish Gaelic (Gaeilge), and I am presently a beginner and have some knowledge of verbs and grammatical concepts. I need instruction on sentence structure and pronunciation , also further grammar and verb knowledge will be needed. I am learning this language because I intend to do a degree later in Irish Gaelic and teach it, also it is of importance to me to learn because my family is Irish and I wish to promote my heritage and offer that to others and allow them to learn, promote and even perhaps save a language that is too beautiful and influential to let die out. I am willing to dedicate possibly 5-10 hours a week. I am obviously looking for someone with a great amount of knowledge of the Gaelic language, and someone that is willing to teach and understand that a student is someone that wants to learn and therefore also deserves respect. Greetings,
I have an affinity and great love for the Gaelic arts, song, story-telling , history, and culture. I'm a 'newbie' and need to start from the very beginning.
I am a singer/songwr iter, and recently learned and performed by first Celtic pieces for the public. The inflections, ornaments, and intonnations came quite naturally, and proved to be a hit with the several different audiences. This has inspired me to investigate the possibilites of learning to speak and sing in Gaelic.
I am seeking a patient and highly proficient teacher who doesn't mind a student who asks 'a lot' of questions, and won't allow me to skip the grammatical 'nitty gritty' details. As there are no Gaelic instructors near my area, so I need to study via Internet/tele phone.
I can safely say that I can dedicate 6-8 hours per week towards language studies.

To Whom It May Conern:
I'm interested in learning the Gaelic (Irish) Language because it is part of my family heritage, My great-grandpa rents came from Co.Mayo to Gennessee Pennsylvania- where my grandfather was born (youngest of nine--8 born in Ireland). I've been trying to be consistent in by reviewing on 'Erin's Web' where I've attempted to go over the first 8 lessons. It's been a challenge.
I need improvement in probably all areas seeing that I've been giving myself Online lessons.(Tryi ng to pronounce my version outloud to myself-hahaha )
I'm not sure how much time I can commit seeing I'm 43 mother of 2 children and I work at a middle school. Though I would try an commit as much as I can.
The qualities I am looking for in a teacher are those in which the instructor is patient, enjoys the language they teach, and lives fairly close to the area I live in as well as somewhat affordable.
