I am trying to learn Russian not only because it is one of the languages that fascinates me, but also because of my career. Currently my proficiency level is of a beginner which means I basically don't know even half of what would be considered the basics. Honestly, I would like to dedicate as much time as possible to learn the language given that I'm so anxious to know it. I am looking for a teacher that knows for real what she or he is teaching and most important that knows how to teach it. I want to learn everything there is to know about Russian language, starting from grammar all the way to conversationa l skills. I am not the kind of person that if I like what I'm studying I leave the subject in the classroom after the lesson is over. On the contrary, I love to do research and acquire a variety of things that have to do with that subject of interest and learn it.

Learning Russian as a second language and teaching our child Russian as their primary language. I'm a beginner and learning as I teach my child. I need improved communication skills and writing skills. I am willing to dedicate 1-2 hours a day to learning as well as using the language throughout the day for retention purposes.
