My name is Paula Fury and I am interested in learning French. I am an elementary school teacher but this year I am pregnant and not working so I have finally found myself with a chunk time to dedicate to learning this language. I am a beginner French learner but have been exposed to the language for the past two years and have some limited understanding of the language. I am interested in an intensive conversationa l French course. I would like to be able to converse with people I meet on the street so that I can improve my skills both inside and outside of the classroom. I would like to spend several hours a day studying the language during the week and would like a combination of both small group classes and individual lessons. I am looking for a teacher who can make the language exciting and fun to learn. I speak Spanish and I have found this to be both a blessing and a curse in learning French. It is a blessing because much of the vocabulary is similar which helps with my comprehension but it is a curse because everything I try to say comes out with a Spanish accent.
I am looking forward to speaking with someone about learning French.

Hello,
My name is Ms Abrar, and I’m looking for a French teacher.
I ’m an adult Emirati, who likes to learn French as I love traveling & learning another language will help me a lot & would enhance my travel experiences. I want to concentrate more on conversation, as talking to people is the most enjoyable part when you explore a country.
I n speaking or even understanding French language, I’m a beginner, as I have never get the chance to get in direct interaction with the French language.
I can do 4 hours a week to learn French(2 sessions per week) that would be fine with my current schedule.
I have a BA in Translation(A rabic-English) & currently I work as a government employee in Sharjah.
I ’m not looking for specific qualities in my teacher except the usual ones, I understand learning a new language when a person is older is not an easy task, but if passion is there nothing is impossible.
