I am 66 years of age. I wish to learn French as I will be having a six week vacation in France commencing late June. At a later date I may be living in France for greater lengths of time. I am a beginner, although I did French at school over 50 years ago and I was a poor student! I wish to be able to converse and possibly read. I can dedicate most evenings to studies and I can also attend day courses. I would require private lessons during the day. Reference qualities I am looking for in the lessons or in the teacher. Obviously a teacher who relates well to adults, has patience and a sense of humour.

im a begginer wanting to learn manderin. I have a very good friend in China I cant liaise with very well and she doesnt speak much english. Ideally it would be good if i could bring her here to Perth, she learns english and i learn chinese from the same teacher, only trouble is visa requirements. so the best thing is for me to learn chinese quickly.

Hi there,
I am born Australian with a backround of filipino and greek. My wife is a filipina and both her and my daughter can speak tagalog as well as english.I am a beginner and would like to learn fluent tagalog from an experienced teacher because i feel i would learn quicker and able to speak with the correct grammer. I am very interested in learning tagalog and im flexible with lesson times and would like to spend about 2 hours per week live in person learning.
I hope you can help me, im finding it very hard to find a teacher in Sydney who can teach tagalog.

I did 6 months as a student exchange in Portugal and came away with only basic Portuguese skills...that was in 1996 and I don't even remember the little that I did know. I enjoy learning and would like to learn the language properly.
I' m looking to take one class a week, one on one with a Brazilian teacher as I have taken some classes but my teacher is no longer teaching and I might as well stick with the new pronunciation s!
I am looking for a friendly teacher who is patient and with a good sense of humour.
