Beginner. I know some of the alphabet and how to say 'hello,' 'thank you,' 'vegetarian,' 'good morning,' and 'no'... and i think that's it.
I love Ukrainian culture and I travel to Ukraine every year on an annual mission trip. I am considering moving there.
I need improvement all over. I know almost nothing. I also have trouble with the soft sounds.
I want to dedicate as much time as I can afford to my lessons. That is, I'm poor, and I will take as many lessons per week as I can pay for.
Quali ties I am looking for... discipline, efficiency. I want some one as serious about teaching it as I am about learning it.

I would starting as a beginner in Ukrainian. i would like to learn this language for interest and family reasons. my mother spoke it as a child and now forgot it and never got to teach it to me, i would love too be able to speak to my Ukrainian relatives. since i am a beginner i would need to know first how to speak it then write and read. i would dedicate 2 classes a week during the week days for and hour to an hour and a half. I would like a teacher that has patience, friendly and is willing to work with a beginner.

I would be learning Ukrainian as a complete beginner. I am interested in learning it because I aminterested in the culture and language and I hope to travel there some day. I would probably want to have lessons once a week. My proficiency level would be as a beginner. I am planning a trip to the Ukraine this summer and I need/want to speak the language. The area that I would like to focus on is the conversation part of the language and I would like to dedicate 3 days of tutoring per week until I feel comfortable. I need someone who is patient. I would also like to start from the beginning. In other words start with the alphabet and work my way up into words, sentences and then conversation.
