I want to learn French for career advancement and as my third langauge.
I want to learn how speak and converse with language well so grammar is an important consideration .
I am a beginner and prefer classroom teaching - in person. Class size doesnt matter as long as the teacher keeps a close monitoring and interaction with his/her students.
I am working on weekdays so i prefer weekend classes with at least 4 hours session.
I prefer a teacher who is creative with his methods in teaching his/her class the language.

WHY: 16yo and 13yo boys are studying Mandarin as 2nd language in International Baccalaureate program, and the 16yo in particular need some intensive work on their speaking skills.
PROF IENCY: 16yo slightly beyond beginner, 13 yo beginner
IMP ROVEMENT: conversation for now, everywhere else.
TIME: - Saturday mornings 1-2 hours from now till May, more intensive (an hour for 4-5 days/week?) over the summer (June/July)
QUALITIES: Ability to gain rapport with boys to maximize teaching benefits, teaching flexibility to fit different needs although still aiming high.
