I learnt French in high school and completely forget everything. I now have a French boyfriend where things are getting pretty serious and I am getting tired of everyone asking, 'so can you speak french yet'. No that's not my reason, I just want ro show him some respect. Plus I meet the family soon and would like to be polite with them.
I've been doing some french audio lessons with little success and have just under two weeks before I'm in France. I need some intensive lessons.
