I would like to learn Italian because I have always wanted to. I would like to go to Italy and be able to speak and write the language fluently so I can engage in a more sincere experience with the people there.
I do not know any Italian so am truly a beginner and I would like to learn both the spoken and written word. I am a sales rep so travel a great deal. I would need versitile learning time and would like a couple of lessons per week.
I am looking for a tutor who has Italian as their native tongue and who willing to be flexible with lesson times.

I have learned basic Italian in the US while I was pursuing an undergraduate degree in economics. Now however I live in Bangalore and am looking to refurbish my knowledge of the language and perhaps learn to converse.
I am now pursuing a degree in medicine and so that leaves we with very little time to do anything else. Looking for a teacher who is flexible, reasonable and also practical.

In the languages listed above, I have yet no proficiency.
I would like to learn any of these (the order indicates my preference) since I am generally very interested in languages. I am pursuing a research degree in UCC in Early Irish language and literature and French.
I speak German, English and French fluently and have a small bit of modern Irish. I also know Latin, Greek, Old Irish and Medieval Welsh.
I am interested in having 1-2 hours per week depending on my own timetable. During the lesson I am looking for grammar, writing, reading and of course speaking. Though I instinctively pick up languages fast, I prefer a solid grammatical base as it helps me understand the structure and I feel more comfortable when speaking.
Th erefore the tutor should have very good grammatical understanding of the teaching language.
