I am interested in finding an Italian teacher in Abu Dhabi to teach my two sons age 11 and 7. We speak both Italian and English at home. My eldest son could speak Italian fluently up until the age of 7. He is now rapidly forgetting much of the vocabulary due to lack of practice. My youngest son could speak Italian as a young child of 3, but has now stopped speaking it altogether. I need language classes for both boys that will be consistent over the period of their schooling years to ensure that they reach a degree of fluency that will ensure that if we move to Italy that they will be able to further their studies there and have no problems communicating .

I'm learning Italian because I simply like the language, and also because I have gone to Italy on vacation, and plan on returning. I have taken some continuing education courses for Italian at the University a year ago. I would prefer to do self study, aided by a tutor, going forward. I believe that learning works better when done several times a week, rather than just one day a week for many hours. I would prefer to have 2-3 tutor sessions per week, for an hour or so each time. The tutor would be of most help with pronunciation , and keeping the studies on track, which I did not do on my own.
