I have wanted to learn Italian for some time, I like the sound of the language and would just like to be able to converse comfortably. I want to study both for fun and for the challenge. I am a complete beginner and would be happy to meet my teacher on a weekly basis either privately or as part of a small group. My teacher should simply be easy-going but demanding, fun, patient & inspiring.

My names is Silvia Gallo. I would like to study Italian in Italy. I would consider myself a beginner. I am of Italian decent. My father is from Calabria. I grew up in America and I am currently working on Italian citizenship. I would like to live in a small flat in Italy for a few months. I would like private lessons and when I feel comfortable I would like to participate in small group lessons. I am going to be in Europe this October and would like to start lessons by early November.
