This is with reference to a opening in the company :Jindal Steel & Power Limited (JSPL), part of US $ 15 billion O P Jindal group is operating a 3 MTPA integrated steel plant and 340 MW captive power plant at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The company is running a fully operational 1000 MW Thermal Power Plant through its subsidiary, Jindal Power Limited. JSPL has captive iron ore mines at Tensa (Orissa) and coal mines at Raigarh. The company has embarked upon a massive expansion plan of the existing plants and undertaken new projects in power, steel, mining, oil & gas and infrastructur e sectors including 2 large green fields integrated steel projects at Angul in Orissa and Patratu in Jharkhand. In Bolivia (South America), JSPL is investing US $ 2.1 billion in development of iron ore mines and setting up an integrated steel plant. The company also has business interests in Africa, Asia, Australia and South America.
T he position is for a French Teacher who would be based out of India.
THe following would be the Job Responsibilit ies.
Teaching subjects at an appropriate instructional level
Provid ing content development that is both teacherfocuse d and
student focused
Prom oting student engagement in order to assess and encourage
pr ogress
Managi ng the learning environment
Following professional practices consistent with school policies in
working with students, students records, parents and colleagues
M aintaining a professional demeanor in dealings
Con ducting assigned classes at scheduled times
Provid ing adequate information, plans and materials
Ma intaining accurate, complete and appropriate records and files
Demons trating accurate, uptodate knowledge of content
Impl ementing designated curriculum
M aintaining lesson plans as required by school policy
Assig ning reasonable tasks and homework for students
Com plying with conditions as stated in employee contract and
handbook
Any other duties as assigned

I have always been interested in learning the French language. I am a beginner who would like to improve my conversationa l skills as well as expand my vocabulary.
