• What qualities you are looking for in your lessons or in your teacher. I would like a native certified speaking teacher of the language. A teacher with the skills and patience to teach not just spit out the words and lessons.

I am studying Japanese as a hobby and I would like to eventually visit Tokyo. I am still a beginner, studying at the Metropolitan State University of Denver.
I need help with grammar, particles, and conjugations of verbs and adjectives. I would like to meet with a tutor at least 1-3 times a month, as I already attend class 2 times a week.

I am interested in a linguistics career. I would like to learn Japanese and Mandarin in preparation and so I can easily live in China or Japan. I have beginner-inte rmediate fluency of Japanese (I'd previously taken it for 2 years) and no Mandarin proficiency. I would like to reach perfect fluency in both languages; in speaking, listening, writing, and reading. I have plenty of time in the week to study and do homework. I am interested in 2 hours of 1-on-1 instruction of each per week. I need an instructor who can be very personalized.
