I understand a lot, but I need to learn how to speak - in terms of grammar and conversation.

Good day Sir/ Madam,
Ple ase see below queries:
1 .) I would just like to know how much the rate or fee you will be collecting if ever I'll proceed to taking these classes with you?
2.) What timings you provide especially for already employed individual like me? Do you have afternoon weekend programs if ever?
3.) I prefer having to study here in the country (UAE), if you're offering classes within, where is the place located?
T o answer above queries, here are my response:
1. ) Yes, for career advancement purposes and additional skill as well. To learn these languages as well has been my passion since my younger years.
2.) I'll rate myself to be a beginner in everything from writing up to speaking.
3. ) With regards to time, as long as I can say that I'm competent and confident enough to converse, understand any spoken and written language.
4. ) With the lessons, just as long as it is easy to absorb, fun, not too much pressuring in terms of memorization, speaking or the likes. And for the teacher, as long as he/she can deliver the medium in a light and fun manner, where I can understood it easy and efficiently.

I am looking forward to learn frecnh or german laguage. The reason for the first is my interest and for the later its more business and career focused.
I would start from the very basic and have never learned any of the above two lagauages before and at present can spend upto 2 hours five times a week on the lessons.
