I speak a few languages and am interested in languages/lin guistics. I have friends both from berber and egyptian backgrounds,g ot to know their culture to some extent so I would like to learn their language.
I am an absolute beginner.
The amount of time have available to learn is 2-5hrs per week on the average. This might increase with time.
I am looking for a native like teacher who has an excellent knowledge of both languages. The teacher must also be familiar with the most effective methodology to deliver teaching on a high level.Knowled ge of English is essential.

I would like to live in China and Taiwan, also looking at business opportunities and study. I am a beginner but have some basic self taught knowledge of tones and grammer and can use phrases for greetings, introduction, eating, etc. Basic though. Perhaps I know maybe 100-200 words. I dont know where to start so im not sure what needs most improvement. Considering im a beginner i would just say everything. I want to dedicate at least 30mins a day to my study and then 1-2 lessons per week on top of that. I want to study for at least 6 months. I would like a native speaker of mandarin or native taiwanese. Experience would be handy i suppose but it doesnt matter i dont think.
