Hello
I would like to learn basic conversationa l Japanese by the end of the year as it's one of my goals for my job. I know nothing about the language aside from a few words that I learnt when studying Jujutsu so I'm an absolute beginner. I am looking to spend about an hour or 2 per week, preferably over the weekend some time.
I would like a patient teacher who is passionate about the language, teaches visually, understand Japanese culture and uses this in part of his or her teaching (this is especially important as I will be dealing with senior people in my company). I would also like a teacher who uses positive reinforcement as that is what I respond best to. I tend to ask a lot of questions, especially if I'm really into something so my teach needs to be able to field these without loosing patience.
I don't use written notes very well as my hand writing is poor, digitized notes and use of a computer as the primary source of teaching is desirable.

I am looking to learn Japanese for the purpose of going over to japan for extended periods of time for both business and for fun. I have no experience and do not speak any Japanese at all.
I can dedicate 3 hours a day to my lessons.
