I am looking for a french teacher to help me develop conversationa l skills. I have a basic vocabulary and survival french skills learnt from working in west africa and therefore do not really want to enrol in basic french formal courses. My goal is to work on the things i'm interested in - discussion about food, wine, travel, history and literature starting from a basic level. Preference is for a two hour session once per week on M/T/W and maybe some self study for a couple of hours a week.

I would like to get a tutor to learn Arabic. Ideally I would like to learn Egyptian Arabic as well as classical, but my first priority is Egyptian. I have started teaching myself but am still at a beginner level. I need most improvement with speaking. I will be in Brisbane for about 6-7 months.

I would say intermediate. I can have a conversation in French with anyone, but I really would like to improve conversationa lly and grammar wise.
