My name is Jessenia, I'm currently studying abroad in Shanghai, China. I've been studying Chinese for 2 years and I'm considered an advanced student in my study abroad program. I can speak fluidly, but the vocabulary is very simple, I started learning Chinese because I wanted to try something new and I now want to continue learning Chinese when I return home because I have fallen in love with China, an intense love that I cant describe, I want to be as fluent as I can be and I just want someone with a standard accent to help me achieve that goal, but because I'm a student my funds are limited.

I studied Mandarin in China for 3 semesters. It has been a few years since then, and I need to improve my Chinese skills as a degree requirement. I am studying alone from a specific text and would like to meet with a tutor 2 to 3 times a week (or 3 or 4 hours a week). I'd mainly like my tutor to review my written work and to help me make corrections. I'd also like the sessions to be conducted in Mandarin. I'm looking for a tutor who is patient and a bit strict.

I moved over from Germany to the United States 7 months ago. Over here I am working as a Quality Manager in the Aircraft Industry. My goal is to learn Mandarin-Chin ese mainly for business-reas ons. I used to study Japanese back in Germany for two years from 1995 to 1997. Nowadays I am pretty much convinced that especially in the aviation business China will become a very interesting business partner and a very serious competitor. For this reason I want to put myself into the condition to understand and to communicate to chinese people during meetings or conferences. My status is: beginner. I would like to have a language lesson twice a week. I would like to know how much your lessons are, if you provide any kind of certification , where your location is and how I just can get started.
