I am a beginner to the dutch language, and I would like to learn this language for travel and work in the Netherlands but also to celebrate my family's strong Dutch heritage. I am looking to learn basic - moderate dutch that will help me interact in the workplace and in public. At this time I could dedicate a few hours a week to in person lessons but more time via internet. I am looking for a teacher that will set me at a good pace as I would like to have a good handle in the next 12 months.

Hello,
My name is Tammy, and I am interested in learning to speak (and read/write) Dutch. I am a beginner but hope to become fluent. The reason that I want to learn Dutch is because I am planning to move to Holland for school and I would like to take the classes in Dutch. The qualities that I am looking for in an instructor would be that they have confidence in their ability to teach and also to provide written information and activities that I can do on my own to improve my skills. I want there to be a friendly respectful relationship between us.
