I want to learn Chinese Mandarin because I was working in Taiwan for three (3) years and I want to improve my ability in communicating to them, verbally and in writing also. I can say that that my proficiency is in elementary level only. There's only a little words i know to speak. I can have four (4) hours a week for the lessons or adjust it regarding the availability of the tutor.
