Hello, my name is Claire.I'd like to learn Albanian because my husband is Albanian.I can understand a bit sometimes but not that much!Like this, I will finally be able to speak more with his family, much easier.
I think I definetely need contact, face to face lessons because like this, it's easier to understand the pronounciaion ,I bought some books but it doesn't really tell me more how to pronounce and I can surprise my husband.

To make more rapid progress, I would like to complement my own study of French with some face-to-face tutoring in grammer and writing, as well as conversation.
I passed 'A' level French this year at grade A; in 1963, I passed O level GCSE. I read Le Monde hebdo and Nouvel Observatoire weekly. I am registered to begin Open University Level 2 in February 2007.
I would like at least one hour of tutoring weekly.
I am prepared to travel up to 20 minutes in the car, but would prefer to meet at my home.
I am a professional man, aged 59, married.

I am a total novice to the Romanain language and the reason for me wanting to learn is that with a charity organisation I have been to the country on 3 different occasions and have decided that when I go back I would like to know some of the language for ease of communication .
