I am a Korean American. I have never been able to speak Korean but I would like to gain a little proficiency in order to be able to speak to my 2 year old son. I am hoping that he can learn the language and become bilingual someday. I hope to give him a head start by exposing him to the language at home and as he gets older, have him enrolled in more formal classes. I have studied Korean a little so I am not a complete novice but I would still be considered a beginner. I hope to find a tutor who will primarily help me with conversationa l Korean so I can speak at a rudimentary level. I would like to meet with a tutor once a week.

Learning korean because i'm very interested in the korea culture and also plan to have a job opportunity that involves korean language/cult ure. Currently working for a korean plastic surgery.
Been studying korean for a year plus, now studying in SKIS intermediate 1. Will be going to kyunghee university next year for their spring language program.
Would like to improve on conversation, vocabulary and grammar. In fact, would like to improve my korean in general. Also would love to learn some internet slang that nowadays koreans use ^^
Preferabl y, 2hours class once a week as I will have lessons in SKIS twice a week. And hopefully the teacher will be patient enough to guide me along. Also prefers the teacher to be from Seoul and is a native korean who can speak english well enough to explain. ^^
