I would like to learn Dutch because my boyfriend is Dutch, and I might be moving in the Netherlands in a near future. So in order for me to be able to get a job there, I need to be fluent in Dutch (or at leats try to).
I am a beginner in learning Dutch. I listened to people speak while I was in Holland last May, but the grammar and the pronounciatio n are so far away from French that it was quite difficult for me to understand anything. I would need to learn everything from the start (like when teaching kids).
I am willing to dedicate up to 6 hours a week to learning Dutch, as I work full time. The lessons would have to be in the evening, as I work during the day.
I am looking for a PATIENT teacher, who knows how to teach and rech to students (not every teacher do), and makes his courses interesting and alive.

Dear Ms. Van Cauwelaert,
I would like to follow dutch courses. I have been living in The Netherlands for half a year and I am now going back to Montreal. I would like to learn dutch and be able to converse and write easily. In the future I would like to live and work in The Netherlands. I would like to have one or two courses a week, starting from the end of October, for several months, or maybe a year. I would like to have a professionnal and structured teacher. I am a native french speaker so I would prefer, if it is possible, to have the course in french. Otherwise an english course would also be fine.

Hi!
Im a beginner and Id like to learn Dutch because my girlfriend is from Holland and Id like to impress her by being able to talk fluently with her... I know its a difficult language to learn, but Im looking to be able to go overthere and live without too many troubles.
I dont know how much time I can spend in class, we could discuss and I can arrange my work schedule.
Im serious and really want to lear and willing to commit to it.
Im looking for a teacher that is concentrating on basics and stuff that can help you in the day-to-day life. Also looking for someone whos passionnate in teaching to people, too many times we see bored teachers :0)

Hello,
I would like to learn Dutch. I am considering applying for a scholarship to do a Masters Degree in Groningen. The degree is given in English but I would have more chances to get the scholarship if I can demonstrate that I speak some of the local language. I currently have no knowledge of Dutch. I would be leaving for Groningen in the fall of 2007. And I would like to have a good understanding of Dutch grammar and be able to have simple conversations . I am looking for a teacher with good teaching credentials. I am fluent in English and French. I can also speak some Russian and a bit of Farsi and Urdu.
