I have taken Spanish courses in both high school and college, comprising approximately four full years of learning. I feel I am at an intermediate level. I can carry light conversation with Spanish speaking individuals. My grammer is adequate. My desire to gain fluency in Spanish is strictly personal. Ideally, I would be interest in taking around two to four hours of private lessons per week. Or if in a classroom setting would like to take more hours. I'm interested in a native Spanish speaking individual however that is not necessary. My teacher does not have to be qualified. I am looking to learn the language for communication purposes not career or academic.

I am a second generation Puerto Rican that needs help improving my spanish skills. My parents speak spanish, however I grew up responding back in English. I have a good base but need to further improve my vocabulary for use in business and everyday life. I am willing to dedicate as much time as it takes to become proficient with the language.
The qualities that I look for in an instructor is someone who is patient and dedicated to teaching the proper use of the language.
