I would like to b egin learning french, mainly for conversationa l purposes. I would prefer 1 or 2 hours per week at my home but am happy to travel to the tutor but the lessons would have to be fairly flexible tofin in around my working hours. Initially i would prefer saturday or sunday lessons because i can at least guarantee i will be able to make these. I want someone who is prepared to teach me what i want and not what they 'normally teach' or what they think i ned to learn.

Dear Ms Bouazzaoui, I have moved to Dubai with my husband and I would very much like to learn to speak French. We visit France and Morocco twice a year on vacation and love both countries, while there is no real need as tourists to speak French in either country, I feel I should speak at least a little.Needle s to say I am a complete beginner.

Depending on the price per lesson I would like to dedicate one to two hours a week with a tutor learning French. I am a mature student and an absolute beginner.
My reason for learning is that we have friends in Montreal and I spend a lot of time on a website that uses French. I am very serious about getting to grips with all aspects of the language. English is my second language and loved learning it.
I can spend about 2 hours daily on studying the lessons that have been taught.
Qu alities in the teacher: I prefer a female teacher (but it is not a must)with a good sense of humour and calmness who can provide well structured lessons to ensure good, steady progress.
Also the tutor must be able to teach me at my home since I have severe problems with my spine and can not get to them.
