I am currently in Quebec taking french classes at University Laval. I am living with a lady right outside of Old Quebec. I will be staying in Quebec until November 22nd. I have a B.A. in French and am attending graduate school back home in NJ to become certified to teach French. In order to become certified, I must pass an oral exam. (O.P.I.- oral proficiency interview). I am in Quebec to refresh a bit and practice as much as I can. For the most part my classes are grammar based. I am looking for a tutor that can speak with me and help me on the conversationa l end. I speak french at an advanced level. Preferably, I would like someone that has some kind of previous teaching/ tutoring experience and can help me with my oral skills!!

I am actually trying to learn a number of different languages, and any that are available to me. I am a native English speaker, and was AT ONE POINT fluent in French and Spanish. I was intermediate in German. It has been a long time since I've used any of the above, so I am basically coming into this scene as a beginner. I would love to learn Korean (which I have NEVER spoken), and Latin (which I have also never known). I would love to speak French again, and I've always wanted to know Japanese. Once I find someone who can teach me, I am ready to learn. I do not intend to tackle numerous languages at once, but I do believe I need a starting point. =]
