I would like to learn Chinese Mandarin to further my business.
I am a beginner and I am currently using the Pimsleur Method. I need a native Mandarin Speaker who can use my current system of learning as this style suits me better, I teach myself 3 lessons a week and need some one to assist me in case of tones and also to monitor my progress without making the same mistakes... I am looking to commit once a week for the next year.
I am looking for a mature Teacher, who is patient and a native speaker who can also teach writing, reading, conversation, listening etc... But the priority is conversation to start and tones.

I am a beginner in Mandarin Chinese. I have been learning this for more than 8 months (one class per week) from a native speaker teacher (from Taiwan) and want to continue developing my Mandarin skills when I move to Bangalore. This is not for any business purposes or for passing tests. It is my own personal interest in Chinese culture,liter ature, philosophy, poetry and more importantly calligraphy. I took a 8 weeks course in kai shu and has been practicing on and off.
I need to keep ramping up on spoken and written chinese and would like to dedicate about 3 hours a week initially. It will be nice to learn from a teacher who can constantly help me learn more about the Chinese history, culture and literature.
