I am a college student, home for the summer, who has taken Spanish classes for seven years. I have completed all the levels of Spanish grammar, but in preparation for studying abroad in the Spring, I need to gain some confidence in my speaking abilities.
I'm looking for a native speaking teacher who can provide a supportive environment for someone who needs to become more comfortable speaking Spanish.
I am open also to meeting in small groups of students to practice my conversation skills.

I have been invited to participate in a course on 'Judicial Spanish for Anglophones' in September 2006. This place has been offered through my employment as a practising lawyer in Scotland. It will be attended by legal professionals form around Europe.
I last studied Spanish in 1982 when I passed the Scottish 'O' grade and then spent 3 months in Barcelona and attended courses in Spanish for foreigners. At that time I was fluent but have not had much chance to practise since then. I need to improve on grammar and conversation to be able to participate in the course.
I am looking for a tutor who can help me to achieve a level of proficiency that will allow me to participate fully in the course.
