I would like to do beginner private or small group lessons with a native Spanish teacher (preferably from Spain) perhaps twice a week. I speak fluent Italian and Intermediate French, so I am good with Latin languages, but have never studied Spanish. I would like to learn the basic of grammar with a lot of vocabulary and conversatio for practical use. I am also an ESL and Italian teacher, so could possibly arrange for language course exchange for people interested.

I am a former Spanish/Engli sh bilingual teacher. I have lived and traveled in Latin America. I quit working 3 1/2 years ago when my first child was born and, to my dismay, I am losing my spanish due to lack of use.
I want to regain proficiency in all aspects of the spanish language, and then to build on and improve that fluency.
M y ultimate goal would be to study written translation and oral interpretatio n, and to someday work in those fields.
I need a teacher who can help me achieve these goals.

I have had some spanish lessons beofre but i wouldnt feel confident saying that i was at an intermediate level yet. It is one of my main goals to learn to speak spanish and I'm travelling to Central America in Nov and would like to be able to interact confidently with the locals. I am looking to study at least 2 hours a week one-on-one with a teacher that is friendly and helpful.
