My name is Jessenia, I'm currently studying abroad in Shanghai, China. I've been studying Chinese for 2 years and I'm considered an advanced student in my study abroad program. I can speak fluidly, but the vocabulary is very simple, I started learning Chinese because I wanted to try something new and I now want to continue learning Chinese when I return home because I have fallen in love with China, an intense love that I cant describe, I want to be as fluent as I can be and I just want someone with a standard accent to help me achieve that goal, but because I'm a student my funds are limited.

I want to learn the Chinese language (Mandarin). I've never spoken or written about it so this will be a challenge for me and for the teacher who will teach me in the future. I want to learn the language because I am planning to work in other Asian countries and to learn something new. I want to learn how to communicate using the language and be able to use it as well in writing. I would devote my weekends for the lessons. The teacher should just be patient and full of enthusiasm in teaching his/her students.
