I would like to learn Chinese, Mandarin. I am a beginner and I would like to at least learn the basics to advance in my work place. We recieve a high volume of calls from china and we do not have a translator in the office. If I could have a basic conversation with someone in mandarin it would make life around the office very simple. Also, if my language is well enough I will have the opportunity to travel with the company to china. I think that learning new languages is a great way to just personally develope and because it is such a strong and common language, having it for every day use would be very beneficial.
