I want to learn chinese because I would to live there in a few years, and it would a plus for me if I can speak the language.

I am beginner which do not any thing in mandarin. i am so keen to learn this language in order to expand my future. I heard and investigate that reading and writing will take too much effort and needs profession, therefor I am interested to get fluent in conversation. I can arrange two or three times a week for this course.
I want a professional teacher whom can teach and build Chinese structure in my mind not a Chinese translator, it means i do not want to translate Chinese words in my mind in order to understand, perhaps realize the words and reply.
