hi my nname is david,i want to learn chinese,becau se a vast majority of friends back home are chinese,and love to hold a conversation with them ,plus i think i would pick it up very easilly,id rather speak to them ,instead of mimmicking them,plus if i learn fast ,maybe become a translater ,who knows.also my brother lives in china,hynan province,a resort area on the ocean apparently.i know i cant learn over night,but i am planning to move here so i would like to get started,i have no problem spending a couple hours a day on learning.the biggest quality i look for in a teacher is,im a white boy learning chinese,you will need a sense of humour,becaus e i will make this fun,but in the same breath i am very serious..ok.o k,thank you david st.eloi
