I am searching for a teacher or tutor, offering beginners classes in Mandarin, emphasizing grammar and conversation, as well as written.
I am proficient in other languages, but thought it time to learn my birth language, Mandarin, which I never learnt.
I am looking for a group or individual setting, that met once or twice a week, for an hour or so each.
I am looking for a teacher who is patient, yet motivated, with experience in Mandarin, but perhaps also Cantonese.
I want to now learn my native language as my daughter, who i am separated from at the moment, is living in China with her father, and I would love to be able to speak with her, as well as in English.

I have been studying mandarin for two years. I have studied in China twice, at Canadian Universities, and with private tutors. I am looking to work with someone 2-3 times per week during the day to work on grammar, conversation, reading, writing etc. I would dedicate 2 hours on top of class time to studying
