I wouldn't consider myself as a beginner. I would love to learn the language. It has been my goal after I've graduated from College. And now, the reason why I would want to learn this language is for Career Advancement.
I can focus my time after work with the learning process that I will be having.

I would like to learn Mandarin Chinese as I am interested in China and want to live there one day. I am a complete beginner and so I am looking for a patient teacher to guide me.
I would like to have one lesson a week with a teacher in the Manchester or Liverpool areas.
I do speak a little Japanese, as I lived in Japan while working as an English Instructor. I want to continue to learn Japanese so that I can communicate with my Japanese friends.
I am looking for patient teachers and affordable lessons. In return I can also offer support with academic English - I received my PhD in Sociology in 2006.
