Hello everyone! I'm learning Chinese because it's required in our school. I don't know what my level is, but I'm currently in second year high school, and I've been taking Chinese classes ever since I was in grade 1. To be honest, I need improvement in all of the areas of my Chinese academics because I was never good in using the Chinese language. Until now, I still don't know how to write some basic Chinese words, and my intonation is not good. I'm willing to dedicate an hour, three times a week (specifically Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) for my Chinese tutorial. I would like a female Chinese tutor because my mom said I can't have a male tutor (I'm not being offensive). I need someone to explain my Chinese lessons in school, make tests for me, and do other things that usually happen in a Chinese tutorial. Thank you!

I am an american. I was born here in manila and grew up in the states. I am born of filipino parents. I used to speak tagalog when I was little but lost it. I cannot converse because i cannot put into words what I wanted to say. I can understand some tagalog if spoken slowly. I can also read some tagalog. I need to improve my grammar and conversation skill. I am looking for group learning since I learn quicker if I can converse with fellow classmates. I am taking up Asian Studies degree now so I need to learn several foreign languages for this.
I can speak English well, Filipino in conversationa l level, total beginner with Chinese and Khmer. I want improvement in grammar, conversation and all.
I am looking for a teacher who is fluent and adept at conveying the principles of these languages. I am available once a week, Sunday, or 6-7pm on Monday.
