I know a fair amount of Spanish but my heritage/back ground is Norwegian. My hometown and college are affliliated with Norway. I have a strong desire to learn the language before I visit the country.
I would like to learn to speak and write...I am looking for twice a week lessons or weekends...ma ybe an hour at a time...I am looking for a native Norwegian, if possible...I am just a beginner but fast learner.

Hello,
I am interested in learning the Japanese language. My partner and I are planning to visit Japan in 2011 and would like to be able to hold basic conversations while we are there. We are looking for an instructor who can meet 1-2 evenings during the week. We have no experience in Japanese, but my partner is fluent in Spanish.
