hello,how do you do? i am a doctor, practicing in malaysia. everyday, i face difficulties communicating with chinese patients who do not speak any english or malay. hence, i would like to learn mandarin which i presume pretty much cover all chinese dialects in malaysia (will they have problem understanding mandarin?)
