I am still a beginner but because I once lived in the DR for 2 years so my oral comprehension is quite good. I have taken one Spanish course at the university level but most of what I have learned is through my experience of living in the DR.
I will be travelling in Central America this fall and would like to brush up on my Spanish before leaving. I will be starting my travels by studying Spanish for 2 weeks in Guatemala.
I would like to meet with a tutor 1 or 2/wk. I plan to study grammar on my own (I have several text books) but would like someone to correct my work, answer my questions and of course I would also like to practice my conversation skills.
