LOOKING FOR CLASSROOM SETTING TO LEARN JAPANESE IN ENGLISH
I' m an ABC that grew up in both US and Taiwan, and can read and write in both languages, although in comparison, my English is superior.
I took a few quarters of Japanese in college so I know some basic conversationa l Japanese as well as hiragana and katagana, but as I am conducting business in Japan soon, I need to brush up on my Japanese as well as learn terms to conduct business.
While I know quality learning is performed on a one-on-one basis, to make new friends as well as make learning sessions more interesting, I'd prefer to learn in a classroom setting. Since my English is better than my Chinese, I would prefer to learn Japanese in English rather than Japanese to minimize confusion. If you are an instructor at such an institution/ Japanese learning center, please contact me with price rates.

I am a beginner. I never had Nihongo lessons before. I am very interested to learn the Japanese language because I have cousins who are half-japanese and half-filipino (my aunt married a Japanese) and I would like to be able to converse with them since they could not really understand and talk in English. My Aunt would like me to become an 'interpreter' between her husband/kids and our family.
I am also into making my life interesting and learning a new language would be a challenging yet refreshing thing for me.
