We would like our family to learn Chinese. We would consider lessons in our area (South Shore - we could possibly get another famly or two to join us) or a live-in situation. We have two children who want to learn. One is 5 yrs old and the other is 3 years old. Our 3 year old (will be 4 in Nov) is Chinese. He moved here from Chaohu in the Anhui province about 1 1/2 years ago. He does understand Mandarin and says a few words of it now and then.

Started a beginners class in Mandarin. Unfortunately teacher had to leave for China. We were 2 and were having private lessons - meeting in downtown montreal.
Would like to learn to converse easily if traveling to China and also would like to learn how to write. We can give 3-4 hrs per week.
