I have studied Spanish, German and Russian, but the study of Chinese is completely new. I am interested in learning the language for my own edification but fully aware that it does not hurt to be proficient in another language.
Ten (10) to twelve (12) hours a week would be the absolute maximum time (between class and homework) a week. My schedule becomes more flexible in the summer months.
I prefer someone who is a native speaker but is also very proficient in instructing grammar.

I'm in a very beginning stage of learning the Mandarin language, have just started with the free courses online. I am interested in learning this language for career advancement.
