I am looking for beginner classes in Hebrew, with an emphasis on speaking and understanding conversations .
I want to learn Hebrew as I am in a serious relationship with a Israeli person and I feel it is important to know his language. I have just returned from five weeks in Israel so am feeling particularly motivated to start now.
I am prepared to dedicate one to two hours a week to the lessons and further time for study.
I would like an Israeli teacher who is qualified to teach Hebrew. I would expect this person to be patient and professional.

Hello, my name is Yossi.
The reason I want to learn Hebrew is because when I saw Israeli movies in Nepal, I found it so beautiful I got very much interested in learning it.
As general knowledge, I know that Hebrew is a thousands-yea rs old language that went through lots of crisis, and was revived upon the creation of Israel.
A few years back, in fact, I have once visited there as a member of the kibbutz volunteer program and stayed for a couple of months.
At that time, I also went to learn the language at one of Hebrew language institutes.
But without practice, I have forgotten most of the words I learned.
So, I would really like to learn Hebrew, and if you would take trouble to teach it to me, I would be very much glad.
