I am looking for a good Italian language course, preferably a conversation focused course. I am looking for information for my husband, who travels to Italy twice a year for work. He has tried to learn at home but hasn't gotten very far. I am trying to surprise him for his birthday since I know he has been wanting to take a language course. He would be able to take evening classes. Small classes, or private lessons where he could move along at a quicker pace if needed.

I would like to learn another language (or 2) mainly for personal enrichment (culture and travel). However, I have (2) requirements. I would like that the instructor be a native speaker and lives in Philadelphia (where I can simply get on the SEPTA).

I don't know anything about italian and would like to start learning the language completely.
I' want to learn it because I'm planning to move to Tuscany.
I am available to study weekends Saturdays and Sundays 1pm to 6pm.
