Bonjour,
I have very recently relocated to Mons, Belgium and would like to immerse myself in the French language as soon as possible. We will be stationed here for the next 3 years and I believe that it is very important to speak the native language. I feel that learning the language demonstrates respect for the country while simultaneousl y increasing my knowledge base and assisting with my educational goal of achieving a Master of Arts degree in International Relations.
I am attempting to learn the language on my own at this point since I have not taken a French lesson since the two years I completed in highschool. I have a basic knowledge of the alphabet, numbers, days of the week and verb conjugation.
I am looking to dedicate a few hours per week to learning this beautiful language.
