Hello! My name is Rachael.
I am interested in improving my Japanese conversation skills. I have studied Japanese for two years, and passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level 4 in December last year. However, I am not very good or confident when it comes to speaking.
I started studying Japanese, because I was living and working in Tokyo as an English teacher. I enjoy studying Japanese, and would like to continue as a hobby. I am also aiming to take the JLPT Level 3 test this year.
I would like to spend two hours a week studying Japanese conversation - this will be additional to other classes I am attending elsewhere in preparation for the JLPT.
Idea lly, as I am not confident in speaking, I would like a teacher who is patient and understanding . I would also prefer the teacher to be available for classes in the inner city/inner suburbs area of Melbourne.
