I am the father of a 10 year old English/Norwe gian bi-lingual daughter who studies in English at a private school in Oslo. She speaks and reads well in English but need immediate quality 1-to-1 coaching every week in written composition to develop grammatical construction, style, and much deeper fuller sentences.
The teacher should ideally have a relevant University Degree, and be properly teacher trained and certificated.
My daughter is moving into secondary school next year and will need better written skills before then if she is to cope with a broader curriculum and a heavier work load.
Scho ol reports describe her as intelligent likeable and hard/ working, are generally praiseworthy, but identify that she has not yet realised her full potential in her English written work. The reports of her Norwegian written work are consistently better.
I should appreciate all replies as soon as possible please.
